Shipping Policy
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Once shipped, estimated delivery times vary by method:
Economy: 5–8 business days
Standard: 3–5 business days
Express: 1–2 business days
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.
Insurance & Carrier Responsibility: All orders are shipped with insurance. Once a package has been accepted by the carrier and a tracking number has been issued, Nymphe Sileni is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged packages. All claims for lost or damaged shipments must be filed directly with the carrier using the provided tracking information.
Order Tracking: A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships. It is the customer's responsibility to monitor their shipment.
Delivered but Missing Packages: If your tracking shows "delivered" but you have not received your package, please check with neighbors, building management, or your local post office before contacting us. Nymphe Sileni is not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier.
